Hi, I’m Jacqueline (Jackie) Grace.

I am passionate about empowering individuals to find their dreams and developing a strategy and specific plan & attitudes that help them achieve, both personally and professionally.

My career has been in the Beauty and Esthetics industry as well as the Direct Sales industry for over 35 plus years, Makeup Artist, Cosmetologist/Esthetician and International Image Trainer, Senior Exec Director Beauticontrol Cosmetics & Celesty Silver Director 3.

Beauty Silver Director 3. I have been blessed in my life to have many doors open to me in the Beauty Industry. Examples are working in television doing hair and makeup, working for Beauty Companies, Lancome’ & Trish McEvoy along with working in a

SPA. I created an amazing bridal team of professionals who provided on site hair and makeup services to some of the most prestigious venues for weddings in Washington State.

In my teens I worked at Disneyland. I had many jobs at Disneyland which I fully loved every moment. One job I loved was Perfume Blender. In the late 1960’s, Walt Disney wanted New Orleans Square to be exactly like New Orleans, Louisiana. At the time there were only six places in the world that custom blended perfume. One in New Orleans, Louisiana, one in Disneyland, Anaheim, CA and the rest were in Europe. I was proudto have had the opportunity to be trained to custom blend perfume for Disneyland guests and create a very special experience for them in the beautiful shop called Mademoiselle Antoinette’s Perfumerie. We carried some of the most expensive perfumes in the world as well as our custom blended perfume experience. I have now transferred all my perfume knowledge over to Celesty Beauty. I educate my team on how to help clients compliment their Fragrance Wardrobe by picking out fragrances for different moods and lifestyles as well as gifts for others. At Celesty Beauty we have some gorgeous Eau de Parfums.

Another door opened for me when I was a Beauty Consultant at BeautiControl Image, Skin Care & Cosmetics Company to be an Image Trainer. I traveled all over the USA and I was the first Trainer to open Canada. This was a role I loved, teaching and educating others to learn and achieve success. Our training for Beauty Consultants was 3 days full days. In training we taught Color & Color Theory, How to Color Analyze clients and how it applies to clothing and cosmetics. We also taught How to apply makeup according to a client’s Best Colors and their Personal Style, Image and Style Analysis, Body Type Analysis and How to dress. Skin, the process of the skin and not only how to sell skin care but the importance of ingredients and how they apply to each client as well as the proper skin care recommendations for each person’s unique skin condition. I was also part of a Trainers Think Tank working closely with the founders weekly on advanced training, NEW services, customer education and staying ahead of the skin care, image & cosmetic trends.

I was part of BeautiControl Cosmetics for almost 34 years. My last title I earned with BeautiControl was Senior Executive Director. My team and I earned Top Elite Leadership Titles and Achievement Awards for developing a Sales Force/Team of over 2000 consultants. We were in the Top for Sales Growth and Recruiting consistently for many years also earning a Top award called the “Chairman’s Summit”, where few Teams in the Tupperware World had earned this honor, (BeautiControl eventually became part of Tupperware). We also earned a Lexus & Mercedes with the Titles. Our Directors earned the Coveted Director’s Ring and The Three Diamond, Emerald, Ruby & Sapphire Bracelets. My team is and was amazing and I’m very honored to have them as friends and teammates in the past and for many years to come. We collectively together have traveled the world first class all the way. My favorite Top Achiever’s Trip was to Venice, Florence & Rome, Italy where our suite was right on the Grand Canal and we could hear the gondoliers singing all day and night. Amazing experiences & friendships to last a lifetime.

Unfortunately, BeautiControl closed their doors. We were devastated.

THEN……one day a old friend invited me to watch a Zoom introducing Celesty Beauty. I listened to what Celesty offered. I conferenced with one of my medical esthetician friends about the ingredients, I came home and had a twinkle in my eye. My husband said, “You look happy,

Our POSITIVELY CELESTY TEAM was the first #1 Team in RECRUITING and I earned the FIRST #1 RECRUITING BEAUTY ASSOCIATE, earning a gorgeous diamond ring and a gorgeous gold bracelet, at our first sales meeting and I was one of the first three Celesty Silver Director 3s. I was so honored when Celesty Beauty flew the first 6 of us Beauty Associates who earned the title Director to Istanbul, Turkey to help pick out our Color Cosmetics and our beautiful Eau de Parfums and to Plan for The Future. Oh, did I say shopping and sightseeing was involved and the food was amazing. TREATED LIKE QUEENS! Celesty founders continue to ask for our thoughts on roll outs of products, incentives and more.
